Pacha Ibiza

Originally built in 1973 Pacha nightclub has seen many changes but despite its revolutions it is still arguably one of the most popular and modern nightclubs in Ibiza.

One of the reasons that it has become so popular is due to the fact that it is one of the only clubs in Ibiza that stays open year round. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that the nightclub has 15 bars, a sushi bar, a restaurant, and open air terraces complete with gardens for the times when you need a second to catch your breath.

3,500 people can fit into the nightclub in one night which is on the smaller side for the nightclubs in Ibiza which adds to its exclusivity reputation.

Some of the most popular nights at the club are “Pure Pacha” which is hosted by many prolific DJs as well as for its house music which incorporates all of the different musical styles throughout five different rooms.

One of the downsides of Pacha is that it is located away from the main club scene actually found in Ibiza Town on the other side of the Marina. However, for those willing to make the 15 minute walk it is well worth it since the club has managed to be on the cusp of every major musical movement from hippies to Spanish pop to electronic music.

Tickets cost on average about twenty euro more at the door up from about 50 euro so it is best to purchase tickets in advance. When heading out to Pacha also remember to bring more than pocket change as this glamorous club has equally glamorous drink prices.
