Blu Ibiza

Blu was the very first nightclub in Ibiza making it the oldest club in the famous holiday town although it originally opened under the name BluXaloc. It has its roots in the disco revolution moving into a ten year span that recently ended in 2007 as a premier striptease club called the ‘Blue-Rose.’

The ground floor of the Blu building is the nightclub and covers 450m sq with several levels of dance floors, a main dance floor near the stage, and three bars. The bars are also known due to their Al Fresco style which reeks of true Moorish descent. Due to the immense space of the Bl club there are plenty of places to hide in alcoves to steal a moment of peace as well as plenty of party space to dance along with the mesmerizing beats.

The club is found in Figuerets which is roughly about ten minutes away from the main centre of Ibiza making it the last remaining remnant of cultural club Ibiza. It is also just a few minutes’ walk from the popular beaches of Firuerets and Playa den Bossa which makes it a central stop for most holiday goers.

Blu is one of Ibiza’s true nightclubs which means that it is open 22 hours up until 6am with dancing all night long for those that never want the party to end while in town. As such, it often draws in a large celebrity crowd and plenty of guests DJs which are a delight to catch while on holiday.
