Noctambula bar

The Noctambula music bar is going on its 11th year this summer although technically it was closed last summer while its owners surveyed new options and business improvements.

Found directly in the old town sector of Ibiza in the borough of Sa Penya, the bar is notable given that it is carved from solid rock that is part of the old castle foundation.

Despite the fact that it is made out from stones, the inside of the bar is quite modernized complete with a top notch DJ booth, great bar area, friendly staff, and due to its underground atmosphere, the bar in the stone is also the top meeting place for the Ibiza hardcore clubbing scene. In fact, promoters, DJs, and music enthusiasts from around the globe often call Noctambula their favorite music bar.

Due to its vast music connections, it is able to supply club goers with a great selection of minimal beats and deep electronic sounds from the best and newly emerging DJs.

Due to the fact that it is the current ‘to be’ place for hipsters and those that want in on the scene, seating can hard to come by once inside, but the great news is that the old stone stairs that the castle once sat upon now lead up to the Noctambula entrance and are used just as frequently as the terrace for relaxing and kicking it back with a smooth drink.
