Cafe Mambo

Located in San Antonio, Ibiza, Café Mambo is known as the premier ‘clubbing’ bar and is widely known as the most famous bar throughout the area.

The beach bar is not only packed full of personality, the open air feel of the bar and beautiful scenic coastal background creates for an energetic vibe that surges through the club via the freshest dance beats. The club first opened back in 1994 but without a pre-conceived plan because as the club developed it took on its own life.

From the outside the mortar and bricks may look contrite, but due to the tiered terraces and the mosaic details it grew into a place that was hard to miss. Today almost every top DJ has played at the club with Pacha using the club for all of its pre-parties since 2003 including beats on club nights such as Emerson Tuesdays, Sanchez Mondays, and Emerson Wednesdays. Each of these nights has been a hit due to the vibe that was created by elements of buzz and accidental natural ambience.

Much of the positive buzz that has been generated by Café Mambo is due to the fact that their resident DJs have a large charismatic effect on the crowd both in the present and the past including Steve Lawler, Jason Bye, and the current DJ star Pete Gooding.
